The Ticket Screen

  • The context of the Ticket process is displayed on the top-left.
  • The status is displayed in the top-right. If the configuration is valid you can set the ticket process live from here or the services page.
  • If in a state of ‘Live with changes’, two tabs will display:
    • One showing the Currently Live (locked) settings
    • The other showing the in-progress settings which are yet to be set live
