Input Links to all Creation of Work Items in Work Manager

Input Links, which allow cases & tickets to be started in the Work Manager operations environment, are automatically generated whenever a Ticket or a Case process is created in Builder.

For more details about how input links are now managed, see the following video:

  • Input Links will display on the ‘Create New Work Item’ dropdown in Work Manager for every live Case process.
  • For Call Handling Input Links, you can control whether you wish the link to appear on the Contacts Activity Page (also known as the Call Handling Page) by ticking or unticking the ‘Show in Contacts’ setting in Builder’s Service Matrix for that specific Ticket or Case process.
