How to quantify the ROI of RPA Approaches

How are brands quantifying the ROI of their RPA approaches? Anything beyond the obvious cost savings (e.g. decreased time to market, higher customer/employee satisfaction, service level, employee engagement, brand health)?

Additional areas of value beyond those mentioned are highly stable, reliable production, with lower support costs and better RPA developer utilization. Additionally, combining process discovery combines the value of process optimization with the value of RPA.
