Cloning from existing ticket settings

Upon opening the ticket configuration screen, if you have not yet started to add any ticket category definitions you will be met with the ‘Clone’ popup.

  • If desired, select from existing tickets to copy their categories & configurations. Note: the popup displays ticket processes of the same type only.
  • Note: Inbound email values will not copy across as these must be unique within the system.

Once you have selected a source, proceed to the ticket screen.
