what is the frequency of this email?

Enate send action assignment and action reminders email as below -

  1. Action assignment email – There is an optional setting in allocation flavour to switch this on/off

If ‘Inform via Email’ is ticked, then Enate will send an email to action assignee informing about same.

  1. Action Due Date reminders -

Once the action is assigned to a user then Enate can send email reminders about this. This is also an optional setting and can be switched on/off.

If ‘reminder before due date’ is ticked, then Enate will send an email -
A. 5 working days before Due date or 5 days before due date if SLA is not using working time.
B. Another follows up on 1 hr before working start time of due date day or 1 hour before due date if SLA is not using working time

If ‘reminder after due date’ is ticked, then Enate will send an email -
A. An email when action is overdue.
B. Then keep sending emails in one working day interval or 1-day interval if SLA is not using the working time until action is closed.
